I'm really trying hard! I'm still learning, too. Sometimes I still get mean and it scares me but I'm doing so much better about communicating it's NOT THEM. I am taking medicine and I use cannabis but I am still learning even at 33. All I can do is try to be self-aware and listen to all sides. Thank you, Amy!!
