As someone who has suffered with a binge eating disorder until very recently I knew. I found ways to exploit it but it wasn't intentional. This girl could also have body dysmorphia and doesn't see it, or she thinks this is the ideal and is proud. She knows it's not quite right but mental illness is crazy. Love this piece btw wow.
